I liked the printable scorecard that used to be available for download. It allowed me to track greater detail during each golf outing, and had all the fields found in the advanced online scorecard. Am I missing it, or has it been removed from the website?

We still have printable scorecards (two types now.) If you are looking for the most common type that comes with an interactive guide that lets you calculate distances and where to lay up based upon the typical length of your drive, this type does not work with Firefox but does work with other common browsers such as IE. The other type, which is fairly new, works with all browsers providing, like most of the rest of this site, that JavaScript is enabled.
If you like, please feel free to send me a private message with the course you're interested in and I can take a look for you.

I've been viewing courses on here for a while, and I have seen the printable scorecard for each golf course. That's not what I'm looking for.
Did the cards you printed have the following? Club used from tee, drive distance, fairway hit RCL, GIR, distance of first put, # of puts, up/down, penalty strokes, etc? If not, the cards you've found are not what I'm looking for. There was a generic card that you could download and print that didn't have any course specific information filled in. The user had to enter everything manually, which was a price I was willing to pay to have all the other data blocks.

Our generic card (not for a particular course) can be found here: http://www.golflink.com/mygame/scorecards/blanksco recard.pdf
You can also navigate to it in the My Game section.

When you intentionally play a ball shorter than you have to in an effort to avoid a hazard.
Example: End of fairway is 230 yards. To carry the hazard and get to the other side of the fairway, it's 260 yards. You might be able to carry the 260 with your driver if you do everthing right, but you chose to hit your 5 wood to around 210 to take the hazard out of play on that shot.
Make sense?

Ha, I fell for it.
As to where you can find the course specific ones, you can find them linked to on the specific golf course detail page in our Golf Courses section.
