I have a similar setup with a 13* 3 wood and 16* hybrid. Too keep the club count at 14 i've decided to go with a 52* wedge and a 58* degree wedge. if your going to have a big gap in your clubs it makes more sense in my opinion to go from 48* pw to 52* gap then 58 or 60* wedge then to go from 48 all the way to 56
