Opened in 1948, Mallow Golf Club in Ballyellis, Mallow, Cork, is an Irish golf club in Blackwater Valley. Designed for those seeking a more rural golf experience than those offered in more metropolitan areas, the course is noted for its accessibility. Course Layout

Mallow Golf Club features an 18-hole layout and is a 5,960-yard, par-72 course. The course is lined with trees and features a view of the Mushera and Galtee Mountains. The course also features redesigned greens and several challenging bunkers, though it features almost no water hazards. In the past, the course has hosted many GUI championships, including a pair of national mixed foursome finals.

Green Fees and Availability

Open to members and the public, green fees for Mallow Golf Club run approximately 20 to 25 pounds depending on the day and time in which people choose to book their reservation. Online booking is available for some tee times, though certain times of the day require a phone call booking.

Amenities

In addition to an 18-hole golf course, Mallow Golf Club features a pro shop, full bar, catering set-up and restaurant, floodlit all-weather tennis courts as well as a pair of squash courts. A food menu is also available on the Mallow Golf Club website.

Reviews
