The Excalibur Hotel and Casino includes thousands of widescreen rooms, guest rooms, and guest suites. The widescreen rooms include 42-inch plasma screen televisions, access to the hotel's pool and spa, and the hotel's best views of Las Vegas. Golfers also can rest on the pillow top mattresses that are standard in widescreen rooms. The guest rooms are the hotel's most basic rooms, featuring cable television, hair dryers, and irons. Rooms are available with one king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds. The guest suites include a spa that holds two people, or a parlor that includes a full living room, dining area, marble spa, and shower.
Casino Options
A round of golf can last only so long, and the Excalibur casino is open 24 hours a day. It features a wide variety of slot and table games, and those who enjoy poker can play in the poker room. There also is live keno and a race and sports book where guests can bet on a wide variety of events.
Entertainment
The casino offers a variety of entertainment options, from dinner shows, to comedy routines, to live music and dancing. One of the most popular is the Tournament of Kings dinner show, which, according to the Excalibur website, features "Invading armies! Dancing maidens! Jousting! Fireworks! And eating with your fingers!" The hotel offers music at its Octane Lounge, Dick's Last Resort and The Lounge, which features karaoke five nights a week.
Dining
Golfers and others who stay at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino have a variety of restaurant options, and there is room service 24 hours a day. From fast food restaurants in the food court, to Italian food at the Regale Ristorante Italiano, to steak and seafood at the Steakhouse at Camelot, the hotel caters to a wide variety of tastes.
The Pool
The pool is a place for golfers to relax before or after they have played their round for the day. The large pool area includes chairs, cabanas, a fire pit, an all-ages pool and a pool for people who are 18 or older. A restaurant, Drenched, is located in the pool area. Those who rent a cabana receive a number of perks, including a cocktail server to deliver food and beverages.
Meeting Facilities
Sometimes golfers come to Las Vegas on business rather than for pleasure. The Excalibur Hotel & Casino includes nine rooms and 12,000 square feet for meetings or other events. There are also full catering services.
