Swinging a golf club is a total body experience. You need your legs, arms, shoulders, hips and-- don't forget--your head to hit a golf ball correctly. Despite the complexity of the golf swing, success on the course begins and ends with the fingers. You can create more than 100 mph of speed with your fingers. It makes sense, then, that you should use them to your advantage. The key to controlling the clubhead and swinging with ample speed is all in your hands and fingers. Everything else follows.
